How much does a real estate video cost in Lebanon and Dubai in 2026?
By Sawwer. Published .
Prices for property photos and video are easy to find in Dubai and almost impossible to find in Lebanon, where studios quote on request. On 2026-10-04 we read every price page we could find. Here is what a property video costs, from a phone reel to a CGI film, and what each label means.
Lebanon: mostly quotes on request
None of the Lebanese real estate media providers we checked publishes a price list. The figures below combine the few published numbers with our estimates, and the last column says which is which.
| Service | Lebanon | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Property photo shoot, apartment | $150 to $350 | Our estimate, from published photography day rates |
| Basic walkthrough video or reel, shot and edited | $250 to $500 | Our estimate, from published shoot and editing rates |
| Cinematic video with drone | $560 to $1,500 | Published minimum budgets of drone studios (EUR 500 to EUR 1,000); typical price estimated |
| Editing only, a reel under a minute | $30 to $60 | Published by StudioLebanon |
| Drone flight permit | Free, at least a week | Lebanese Army permit for every flight |
One Beirut studio delivers photos in 2 to 4 business days. Add at least a week if the job needs a drone.
Dubai: a published price ladder
Dubai studios publish their prices, so the ladder is clear. All figures are in dirhams, with dollars at 3.6725 AED to the dollar.
| Service | Dubai (AED) | In USD |
|---|---|---|
| Photos, studio to 3 bedrooms, in 24 hours | 449 to 950 | $122 to $259 |
| Basic listing walkthrough video | 2,500 to 4,000 | $681 to $1,089 |
| Mid-tier video with drone | 5,000 to 8,000 | $1,361 to $2,178 |
| Luxury film: twilight, drone orbits, narration | 15,000 to 30,000 | $4,084 to $8,169 |
| Drone add-on, permit included | 1,200 to 2,500 | $327 to $681 |
| CGI hero film, 60 seconds | 15,000 to 50,000 | $4,084 to $13,615 |
A standard video comes back in 48 hours to 5 days, a luxury film in 5 to 7 days, and rush jobs add 25 to 50 %. Drone permits add 3 to 16 working days on top. CGI takes 3 to 6 weeks for a hero film.
What changes the price
- The drone. In Lebanon it adds a permit week; in Dubai a drone add-on costs AED 1,200 to 2,500 with the permit included, and a dedicated drone day AED 4,000 to 6,500.
- Evening light. Dubai photographers charge AED 375 to 725 extra for a night or sunset shoot, and twilight photos run AED 500 to 1,000.
- Speed. Rush delivery adds 25 to 50 % in Dubai.
- Extras. A Matterport-style 3D tour costs AED 990 to 1,490 in Dubai, and virtual staging AED 250 to 500 per room.
AI options
AI property video is already sold in the region. A Dubai studio sells an AI reel made from existing photos for AED 1,500 to 3,000 ($408 to $817). Self-serve tools built for US agents cost about $10 to $60 per video on a subscription, if you do the work yourself. Freelancers on Fiverr and Khamsat sell AI videos from photos for $5 to $50, with no delivery promise.
