Honesty

Your real property. Always.

A film that shows something that is not there loses you the buyer the day they visit. These are the rules every Sawwer film follows.

01

Your real property

We film what is there. No invented views, pools, floors or finishes.

02

Labelled on screen

Anything not real yet (staging, a finished building, a renovation, evening light added to a day photo) carries "Visualisation", "Virtually staged", "Artist's impression" or "Dusk light: visualisation".

03

Originals included

When we clean the light or the sky, your original photos come back with the film.

The three labels you may see

Visualisation

On screen during a reveal that is not real yet: a finished building, a renovation.

Virtually staged

On screen during furniture added to an empty room.

Artist's impression

On screen during a film made from renders of a project not built yet.

A label at work

In this example the finished building does not exist: the film says "Visualisation" for as long as it shows it.

Visualisation
Site to building, Jbeil, Lebanon. Before / After, 10 s.The after is a visualisation of the finish, not a real finished project: an Example made from 1 listing-style photo, labelled "Visualisation" in the film.

All our rules

Our films
Show the real property. We clean light, sky and clutter the way a photographer would. We never invent views, pools, floors, finishes or rooms.
Labels
Any staged, finished, renovated, render-based or dusk-lit shot carries a label on screen: "Visualisation", "Virtually staged", "Artist's impression" or "Dusk light: visualisation". The label is burnt into the film, so it travels with it.
Day to dusk
A lighting edit of your real daylight photo, like a photographer's twilight shot: same building, same view, evening light. The sky and the lights in the windows are generated, so it carries "Dusk light: visualisation" on screen.
Originals
Delivered with any film whose look we improved, so you can always show what the property looks like today.
Off-plan
Films made from a developer's renders say "Artist's impression" for their whole length.
Demos from listings
We do not turn someone's listing photos into a film without asking first. One message, and the yes comes before the preview.
Your ads
You stay responsible for your own ads and listings. Portals and countries have their own rules on video and on visualisations; keep our labels on.
Music
Licensed for advertising, so you can run your film as an ad.
Your photos
Stay in your job folder and are deleted 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them. We never post your film without your permission.

Why it matters: Saudi Arabia's 2026 real estate advertising rules ban ad content that contradicts reality, and some portals refuse CGI on verified listings. Honest films keep your ads online.
