How much does virtual staging cost?

Staged photos are $15 a room: one style, every photo you send of that room. Design concepts, the same room in 3 styles, are $35 a room. Inside a film, staging is +$10 a room, and the empty-to-furnished film is a Before / After at $59.

Is a design concept a real design?

No. It shows a mood: the style, the colours and the kind of furniture, so you and your client can agree on a direction. It is not a build-ready design: measurements, materials, lighting plans and quantities still come from the designer.

Can I use staged photos in a listing?

Yes, as long as buyers know what they see: say the rooms are virtually staged, keep our label on any film, and show the empty photos too. Some regulators already require it: in California agents must say so next to the image and link to the original.
